- Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives on 1st March 2010 at the Conference Room of Sierra Leone Commercial Bank 9th Floor.
- Successful Bidders will be notified not more than seven (7) working days after bid opening.
- Successful Bidders will be required to pay within seven (7) days of successful bid.
- Bidders must be ready to take possession of their goods upon payment.
- Vehicles once sold will never be returned under any circumstances whatsoever.
- Vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder.
- Bids should include 10% of the bid price in the form of a bank draft.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, as part of an outsourcing strategy for non-core banking activities in its value chain, is seeking to retain the services of a professional and reputable firm to carry out regular, technical and preventive maintenance activities for the following services at the Bank’s Head Quarter building and various branches across its network
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Lot 1
Generators and Air Conditioners
Lot 2
Computer Servers, ATM Machines, Cheque Book embossers, Photocopiers, and Local Area Network
Lot 3
Upkeep of Buildings, Electrical Repairs, External Cleaning, Provision of Water, Plumbing, Sewage Management.
SUPPLY
Lot 4
Provision of Computer Accessories & Consumables and Stationery items on Just-in-Time Basis i.e. to supply on demand in accordance with the bank’s specifications and quality as minimal stock level will be maintained by the bank
It is expected that the service provider will assume full responsibility in providing such services in return for payment of service and management fees
Work relating to repairs and replacement of spares shall be promptly undertaken by the successful service provider to be reimbursed by the bank subject to laid down operating procedural agreement
The service provider is expected to provide resident personnel to carry out day-to-day administration of activities under their stewardship
Monthly performance report shall be submitted with recommendation for improved service delivery and payment of retainer’s fee is subject to satisfactory performance for the payment period
Prior to submission of proposal, the prospective service provider is expected to conduct a survey of these facilities to ascertain the level and scope of work required
We hereby invite interested service providers to submit a proposal to deliver one of the above listed services to the bank together with the following documents.
· Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration
· NASSIT and Income Tax Clearance
· GST Registration Certificate
· Evidence of experience and similar work done or being undertaken within the last three years
· Company’s Profile and resources capabilities
· Audited or management accounts for the last two years
· Bank References and references from previous and existing customers
· Ability to submit professional indemnity insurance
